Indian PM greets KhosoISLAMABAD: Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh has congratulated Mir Hazar Khan Khoso on becoming caretaker Prime Minister. In a letter to the Caretaker Prime Minister, Dr Singh said that Pakistan is at the important juncture and Khoso has taken the responsibility as the PM of the country. The letter said that India wants to see flourishing democracy in Pakistan. online
