Thari people start migration, hundreds of villages vacatedKARACHI: People of drought-hit Tharparkar have started migration towards other cities, Geo News reported.
According to details, hundreds of villages have been vacated by the people as starvation forced them to migrate from the area.
Malnutrition has increased manifold the number of children admitted to hospital. Around 375 children have been brought to Mithi hospital during last 24 hours.
The affectees have stated that they could not afford the treatment of their children as they themselves were starving.
