KP govt willing to give more than an office to Taliban: Khattak

PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pervez Khattak said the provincial government is willing to give more than an office to the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

Khattak told reporters outside the provincial assembly that his name was not being considered for the dialogue committee. He said PTI leader Gulzar Khan had been nominated for the final committee.

The KP chief minister was of the opinion that it was necessary to include tribal representatives in the dialogue process.

When asked of the appointment of a new governor in the province, Khattak said he was unaware of such reports.
