‘Hidden hand’ want to sabotage peace talks, claims Ibrahim
PESHAWAR: Jamat e Islami leader Professor Ibrahim Sunday claimed that “hidden hand” is trying to sabotage peace talks between the government and the Taliban.
Talking to media, Ibrahim said that the Taliban committee is waiting for the governments recommendations, while the venue to hold direct meeting between the government’s new committee and the Taliban’s representative is also under consideration.
He further said that “successful consultations” could take place somewhere in the Mehsud tribe area.
The Taliban are investigating about Ahrar ul Hind organization, which claimed responsibility for the recent terror attacks, he added.
