PM Nawaz meets German Chancellor
HAGUE: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif held a meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on the sidelines of 3rd Nuclear Security Summit on Tuesday.
Nawaz Sharif and Merkel exchanged views on the prospects of bilateral cooperation in different sectors. They also discussed regional situation.
PM Nawaz assured Merkel that Pakistan would fully cooperate in the process of the withdrawal of NATO troops from Afghanistan.
She lauded Pakistan’s role in the reconciliation process in Afghanistan.
Later talking to journalists, Nawaz Sharif said talks with German Chancellor were fruitful.
