Speaker Sindh Assembly sees move to destabilise provincial govt.

KARACHI: Speaker Sindh Assembly Agha Siraj Durrani Monday said that move to destabilize provincial government was underway, while PML-N leader Irfanullah Marwat said that whatever be the court decision relating to Musharraf would be accepted, Geo News reported.

Prior to Sindh Assembly session, talking to media Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani urged upon the Punjab government to take the threats hurled at Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari seriously and added if Rana Sanaullah has any evidence in support of his allegation that Rahman Malik has written the threatening letter to Bilawl Bhutto, he should make it public.

He further said that the selection of Iqbal Mahmood as Sindh IG would be better for Karachi law and order situation.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) member Sindh Assembly, Irfanullah Marwat on this occasion said that the civilians only faced the punishments till today and added whatever be the decision of the court relating to Pervez Musharraf would be honoured.
