Absolute elimination of terrorists only way to move forward: Gen. Raheel
PESHAWAR: Chief of Army Staff General Reheel Sharif has asserted that absolute elimination of terrorists is the only way to move forward.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), COAS General Raheel visited Corps Headquarter Peshawar, where he was briefed over security situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA besides military operation in North Waziristan and Khyber Agency.
Gen. Raheel further said border management will further improve owing to military operation.
Over the return of IDPs, the Army Chief said, “it will begin from mid March.”
The ISPR further says, during the meeting it was deliberated on cooperation among different agencies for the return of these homeless people.Courtesy www.thenews.com.pk
