JUI to play decisive role on top slots
QUETTA: Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam’s (JUI-F’s) Maulana Ghafoor Haideri has said his party is in a position to get either the Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) or PML-N’s candidates elected as the chairman and deputy chairman of the Senate. Addressing a news conference, newly elected Senator and JUI-F Secretary General Ghafoor Haideri said his party is to play a decisive role with regard to the election of the chairman and deputy chairman. “We will play a significant role. JUI-F will decide about helping either party for getting their candidates elected as the chairman and deputy chairman.”
