Rangers arrest Uzair Baloch’s right-hand man
KARACHI: Rangers personnel arrested former right-hand man of Lyari gang leader Uzair Baloch from Karachi Fisheries.Sources said the paramilitary forces conducted targeted operation in Rachh Mandi on Wednesday morning and arrested accused Waseem Ahmed, a market officer at Fisheries.
Waseem is former Joint Secretary of CBA Union of Fish Harbour.
The sources added that Waseem was very close to Lyari gang-war during at the time of former chairman of Fishermen Society Abdul Saeed Khan.
He is accused of collecting extortion money from Fish Harbour.
Waseem has been shifted to undisclosed location for further investigation.
