MQM’s sole aim is to serve people: Farooq Sattar
KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader, Dr Farooq Sattar Wednesday said allegations are a thing of routine and that his party’s only aim is to serve the people.Farooq Sattar attended a seminar in connection with the International Women’s Day at Karachi University and later talking to media men said his party is all set to kick off ‘Clean Karachi’ campaign from Thursday.
“With this drive we will clean people’s minds and lift garbage from the city,” he added.
He said MQM welcomes the drive of Alamgir Khan the man behind the ‘Fix It’ campaign. “He (Alamgir Khan) can even join our efforts to clean the city,” he added.
Farooq Sattar said allegations are something that would keep coming up but it is the court of people that will make the final decision.
