PPP protesting over PML-N’s hypocrisy: Chandio
HYDERABAD: Advisor to Sindh Chief Minister for Information, Moula Bakhsh Chandio on Sunday said Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is not protesting over Musharraf’s leaving the country but the ‘hypocrisy’ of Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N).
Addressing a press conference here, Chandio said he is not calling Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar a liar but only sees the latter’s statement as a lie.
“I trust Chaudhry Nisar more than I trust Musharraf. If Chaudhry Nisar says Musharraf will return, then he certainly will,” Information Advisor said, adding, he only wonders if Chaudhry Nisar is an Interior Minister or a spokesman of Pervez Musharraf.
Moula Bakhshs Chandio said allowing concessions to the violators of the Constitution amount to stifling the democracy.
Pervez Musharraf left the country and arrived in Dubai on March 18 after the government lifted ban on his travel following the Supreme Court’s order.
