President Mamnoon confers civil, military awards
ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain conferred awards on those who served cause of the country or achieved distinction in different fields during an impressive ceremony held at the Aiwan-e-Sadr on Sunday.
According to Radio Pakista,n federal ministers, parliamentarians, civil, and military officers, and diplomats attended the ceremony.
The president granted military awards to the officers and men of Pakistan Army, Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Air Force.
Three officers and men were granted Tamgha-i-Jur’at, six Sitara-e-Basalat, 126 Tamgha-e-Basalat, 73 Imtiazi Asnad, 198 Chief of Army Staff Commendation Cards, 19 Hilal-i-Imtiaz (Military), 85 Sitara-i-Imtiaz (Military) and 112 Tamgha-i-Imtiaz (Military).
