DIG cross-examined in Benazir Bhutto murder case

RAWALPINDI: The Anti-terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday cross-examined the statement of Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Police Azad Khan in Benazir Bhutto (BB) murder case and adjourned the hearing till March 28. According to reports, as hearing started, the DIG was cross-examined by Pervez Mushraf’s counsel Farogh Naseem being a key witness in the BB murder case. ATC Judge Rai Ayub Marth adjourned the hearing till March 28 and summoned FIA DIG Khalid Rasool to appear before the court to record his statement.
