Nuclear Security Summit: PM to leave for Washington on Monday

ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will leave for Washington on Monday to attend the fourth Nuclear Security Summit, scheduled to be held on March 31.

Pakistan is one of the 53 states, besides four international observers - the United Nations, the International Atomic Energy Agency, Interpol and the European Union - invited to be a part of the summit.

On the sidelines of the summit, Prime Minister Nawaz is expected to have a meeting with US President Barack Obama. The prime minister is also expected to have a meeting with his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi.
