Pakistan, India to discuss all issues in peace process: FM

ISLAMABAD: The leadership of both India and Pakistan have agreed to resume the stalled peace process between the two countries where all issues would be discussed, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said on Friday.

The foreign minister made these remarks while speaking at a press briefing at the Foreign Office, after returning from Bhutan, where he attended the 16th SAARC Summit. Qureshi said he would meet his Indian counterpart as soon as possible to form the modalities of the future interaction between the two countries. The foreign minister said the approach of Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was ‘very positive’, which helped bridge the gap between the two countries. app
