Khawaja’s funeral at Lal Masjid today
ISLAMABAD: The funeral prayers of former Inter-Service Intelligence official Khalid Khawaja will be held today (Sunday) at the Lal Masjid at 10am. Khawaja’s bullet-ridden body was found in North Wazisitan on Friday and shifted to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences’ mortuary on Saturday. His son, Usman Khalid, did not allow the authorities to conduct an autopsy of his father’s body. He told reporters at PIMS that his father’s funeral prayers would be offered in the Lal Masjid at 10am today. fazal sher
