Mehanti calls upon citizens to join ‘Road Caravan’
KARACHI: Amir Jamat-e-Islami Karachi Muhammad Hussain Mehanti Saturday called upon the citizens to join the Road Caravan to record protest against load-shedding, price hike and ‘American slavery’.“The preparations for Road Caravan are at full swing and an NOC in this regard has been obtained from the government,” Mehanti said while talking to Geo News here.
Amir Jamat-e-Islami Syed Munawar Hasan will lead the caravan scheduled to begin its rally from Sohrab Goth at 3 PM tomorrow (Sunday).
The JI leaders will address the participants at Tibet Centre where the caravan will reach via Water Pump, Aisha Manzil, Liaquatabad No 10, Hasan Square, Jail Chowrangi and Mazar-e-Quaid.
