Federal Minister Abdul Qayyum Jatoi steps down
ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Defense Production Abdul Qayyum Jatoi has tendered his resignation over defeat of Samiullah Laghari in by-polls on Saturday, Geo news reported.After resigning from position of federal ministry, he said he has no right to stay in office following defeat of his supportive candidate Samiullah Laghari in by-elections.
“I don’t want to serve as federal minister now”, he said adding, “he is a democratic person and is stepping down on moral ground”.
