President made up his mind to confront judiciary: Nisar

ISLAMABAD: Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan feels that the recent decisions have proved that President Asif Ali Zardari has made up his mind to start a clash with judiciary.

In a statement issued here on Tuesday, Khan said that the rulers would never succeed in this perilous game.

“The president wants to take revenge of his sins from the nation and has taken a confrontational course in a bid to cover up his past deeds,” he said.

He said that President Zardari would also fail in this game like his predecessor.

Khan deplored that the rulers had taken a route of personal gains instead of honoring the courts’ decisions. Khan warned that such approach would take the rulers to the closed street.

“President Zardari first tried to create hurdles for judiciary from the backdoor but now he was openly pursuing his agenda.” The PML-N would fully oppose this ideology, thought and policy, he said.

He further said that the PML-N would deal with the civilian dictator in a similar way it had faced the military dictator.
