Qaim orders strict vigilance on miscreants
KARACHI: Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has directed the law enforcement agencies to rigorously monitor the activities of miscreant elements in Karachi.Shah was speaking to Director General of Rangers Muhammad Ejaz Chaudhry, who briefed the chief minister about the efforts being made to restore normalcy in the metropolis.
Dozens of innocent citizens have lost their lives during the last 48 hours in different acts of violence and target killings in Karachi.
The chief minister urged all law enforcers to launch joint efforts for halting the target killings.
Expressing sympathy with the families of those killed in ethnic and political killings, he said that culprits would be taken to task.
