Obama’s plan visit not yet called off
ISLAMABAD: Foreign Secretary, Salman Bashir has said if US wants cooperation, then instead of sending messages through the media, they should use the formal channel.
Foreign secretary today after attending the Public Accounts Committee meeting here told media that President Obama’s promised visit to Pakistan has not yet been cancelled and the date for the visit still to be finalized.
He said that the ties with US moving on its track and presumptions be avoided.
Salman Bashir said that none has yet contacted us for handing over of the widows of Osama. He said that Al Qaeda roots were spread all over the world. Pakistan was cooperating with the world community in war against terrorism and would continue doing so.
