KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday ordered provincial Home Secretary to submit comments regarding the non-fulfillment of court orders. SHC issued orders to the home secretary to submit his comments regarding Mohammad Adil’s non-transference from Sukkur to Karachi jail. During the hearing, court asked for the shifting of Adil from Sukkur to Karachi jail while the Assistant Advocate General informed that the concerned authorities could yet not shift him. Meanwhile, Advocate Abdul Waheed Katpar who was the counsel of main accused Ahmad Omar Saeed Shiekh, appeared before the court and requested that he would like to withdraw from his counseling. The court ordered for his name to be excluded from the accused’s counseling list.
