BB murder case: ATC issues contempt notice to DG FIA
ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has issued contempt of court notice to DG FIA for replacing investigation officer in Benazir Bhutto murder case, Geo News reported on Saturday.ATC Judge Rana Nisar while hearing the case in Adeyala jail expressed anger over the replacement of the investigation officer.
During hearing all the accused except former President Pervez Musharraf were present in the court room.
Earlier, the court was informed that investigation officer Khalid Rasool had been replaced with Shujah Navid owing to his engagements in Hajj corruption case.
