ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir will undertake a visit to Afghanistan on Monday.According to an announcement of the Press Information Department, Foreign Secretary Salman Bashir will convey a special message of President Yusuf Raza Gilani to the Afghan president Hamid Karzai.
