Int’l community ready to help Pakistan: Hillary

LONDON: US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton reiterated on Monday that Pakistan has hard choices to make and that the international community is ready to help it overcome challenges posed by terrorists. “Pakistan needs international support to ease its political and economic problems,” Clinton said while addressing a news conference at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office on Monday. Speaking of the terrorist attack on Pakistan Navy’s airbase in Karachi, she said it was another reminder of the terrible price Pakistanis have borne in their own struggle against terrorism. app
