Federal Cabinet forms four member committee to probe Karachi violence
ISLAMABAD: The Federal Cabinet has formed a four member committee which will probe the deteriorating law and order situation in Karachi.The cabinet met under chair of Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani on Wednesday during which it was decided that the committee would be formed.
The committee will be headed by Makhdoom Amin Faheem and its other members include Maula Bux Chandio, Naveed Qamar and Khursheed Shah. The committee will also be in contact with Sindh nationalists.
The cabinet also formed a committee headed by Law Minister Farooq H. Naek to look into the Balochistan issue.
