Election Commission prohibits carrying mobile phone while votingISLAMABAD: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has prohibited voters from carrying their mobile phones when they cast their vote.
The ECP has issued directives to concerned returning officers in this regard.
According to the directives, voters who do not cooperate will not be issued ballot papers.
