ECP admits to failure in holding free, fair election in Karachi
KARACHI: The Election Commission of Pakistan in a shocking statement has conceded that it has failed in conducting free and fair election in Karachi, home to at least 20 million people and commercial hub of the nation.
The statement came after some political parties decided to boycott the historic election which will mark democratic transition of power in the country.
