PML-N supports PML-F’s ‘Black Day’ on Thursday

KARACHI: President Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Sindh Syed Ghous Ali Shah has said that his party would support ‘Black Day’, announced by Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) on Thursday against poll rigging, Geo News reported.

Addressing a press conference at his residence here on Wednesday, Ghous Ali Shah said they would protest against the massive rigging in general elections.

Shah accused Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) candidates of rigging the elections in Khairpur, Sukkur, Nawabshah, Tando Allahyar, Larkana and other districts of Sindh, adding that present provincial government and administration are continuation of PPP.

He demanded re-election in the supervision of Pakistan Army so as to strengthen democracy in the country.

On the occasion, leaders of PML-N Sindh chapter said that re-polling should be held in the entire NA-250 constituency of Karachi instead of 43 polling stations.
