Imran Khan nominates Pervez Khatak as KPK chief minister
PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan has approved Pervez Khatak’s name for the slot of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister, Geo News reported.
PTI spokesman Shireen Mazari said that Mr Khan had given approval after consultation with party leaders.
PTI’s KPK President Assad Qaisar and newly elected MPA Atif Khan were also running for the slot of the KPK chief minister after the PTI emerged as the largest party in the province on May 11 polls.
