ECP unfreezes voters lists, restores clause 18 of electoral rulesISLAMABAD: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has unfrozen voters lists across the country and restored clause 18 of electoral rules, Geo News reported.
After restoration of clause 18, new voters can be included and they can get lists changed.
It may be noted here that ECP had frozen voters lists following the announcement of election schedule.
