KARACHI: Beams spread all over special children’s faces who converged at vast courtyard of the Darul Sukun, an orphanage residence for the disabled community, in a rare milieu (for them) of social enjoyment. They all were joyful, laughing and clapping on the rhythm of the live music, played by the Americans. The American music band ‘Blended 328’ performed live at Darul Sukun on Sunday. Many of the children were dancing with band artists and others were clapping to express their happiness. The artists of the band took children in their lap to let them feel the warmth of the live music. Star artists of the band included vocalists Kimberly Phillips, Dallas Brown and Fran Hart; guitarist Gabe Jordan, vocalist and bassist Seth Rooks, percussionist Thomas Spann and others performed at the gathering. The participants and band members both enlightened that they had a remarkable evening.
