Pakistan marks 15th anniversary of nuclear testsISLAMABAD: Youm-e-Takbir is being observed across Pakistan with zeal and fervor with huge rallies being taken out in different parts of the county to mark the 15th anniversary of Islamabad’s nuclear tests in 1998.
Pakistan tested six nuclear devices on May 28, 1998 in Chaghi Mountains in Balochistan province in response to India’s five nuclear explosions.
People offered special prayers for the progress and integrity of Pakistan in Islamabad, four provincial capitals, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.
