BB murder case : Court exempts MusharrafRAWALPINDI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday exempted former military ruler Pervez Musharraf from personal attendance in the Benazir Bhutto assassination case. The court allowed the FIA 11 days more for completion and submission of challan in the case. At the inception of hearing of the case on Tuesday, FIA told the court that investigation into the case had not been finalised and the final challan could not be prepared. The FIA prayed the court to allow 11 days more to the investigation team for finalisation of the investigation and completion of the challan. The court directed the agency to file the challan on June 14. While granting the plea of former military ruler Pervez Musharraf for exemption from personal attendance, the court put off the hearing of the case till June 14. online
