PM Khoso submits reply in contempt of court case
ISLAMABAD: Interim Prime Minister Mir Hazar Khan Khoso on Thursday submitted his reply in contempt of court case, saying that he has ordered to withdraw all the postings and transfers.
The Supreme Court had issued a contempt of court notice to the prime minister over transfers of 20 government officers.
Arif Chaudhry Advocate on behalf of the prime minister submitted the reply in which it is said that all the postings and transfers in government offices were made in the light of Election Commission’s recommendations.
The reply also said that the prime minister respects the Supreme Court and he has ordered to withdraw all the appointments and transfers.
