Musharraf files for pre-arrest bail in Bugti murder caseQUETTA: Former president Pervez Musharraf, who is nominated in Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case, has filed pre-arrest bail application in the Anti Terrorism Court (ATC). According to media reports, Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case came up for hearing before Balochistan ATC on Thursday. Counsel for Pervez Musharraf filed the pre-bail plea in the court which was admitted for hearing. It may be recalled that former interior minister who is nominated in this case had taken plea during the previous hearing that prime accused in Bugti murder case was present in the country therefore, orders be issued for his appearance in the court. The hearing of the case has been adjourned till June, 6. online
