India changing demography in Occupied Kashmir, Pakistan writes letter to UN
ISLAMABAD: In a bid to change demography, India has been granting permanent residence certificates to outsiders in the Occupied Kashmir, said advisor to the prime minister on foreign affairs.
In a letter written to the UN Secretary General, Sartaj Aziz said India had been allotting land to retired soldiers in held Kashmir.
Aziz said non-implementation of the UNSC resolutions was leading to a serious human crisis. He suggested that sufferings of the people of Kashmir may be alleviated by implementing the UN resolutions.
