Misbah says last game against Windies will be remembered forever

LAHORE: Pakistan Test skipper Misbah-ul-Haq has said that he would remember forever the last Test match of West Indies series.

Pakistan defeated West Indies by 101 runs in the third and final match and clinched series 2-1. It was first ever win of Pakistan on West Indies soil.

Speaking to media upon his return to Pakistan following historic victory against Windies, the Asia’s most successful Test skipper said, “I am satisfied over a good series in West Indies. The last game of the series will be remembered always.”

Misbah was warmly welcomed at Lahore Airport. Director Operations Haroon Rasheed and other Pakistan Cricket Board officials were also present.

Misbah-ul-Haq credited his family, PCB, team members and selectors for vital role in his successful career.

To a question, Misbah said, he had not yet decided what to do in future after retirement from cricket.
