Bugti murder: BHC orders to bring Musharraf, Aziz back
QUETTA: Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court (BHC) has ordered the government to bring back all the accused nominated in the Nawab Akbar Bugti murder case, Geo News reported.The accused in the case include former president Pervez Musharraf, former prime minister Shaukat Aziz, former Balochistan chief minister Jam Muhammad Yousuf and former provincial home minister Shoaib Ahmed Nosherwani.
On October 28, a Judicial Magistrate Court issued arrest warrants for Musharraf and Aziz on the request of the crime branch investigating the case.
It may be recalled here that the murder case was registered against six persons, including Musharraf, with the Dera Bugti city police station on October 15, 2009.
Nawab Akbar Bugti was killed during an operation near Dera Bugti on August 26, 2006.
