PML-N trying to cover its corruption: Awan
GUJAR KHAN: Former federal minister Babar Awan Sunday said that Pakistan Muslim League-N was trying in vain to put a lid on its corruption behind the pretext of 'Go Zardari Go' movement, Geo News reported.Talking to journalists in suburban village Kali Sahelian, Babar Awan alleged that PML-N squandered billions of public money on schemes like 'Sasti Roti' and 'Aashiana Housing'.
"Punjab wants change," he asserted, adding, it was the failure of Punjab government that had given way to movements for creation new provinces.
He pledged that he would himself begin movement for carving out Potohar province.
