Indian journalists to visit KPC today
KARACHI: A 22-member delegation of Indian journalists comprising members of Mumbai Press Club (MPC) would attend a round-table discussion on the role of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation in bringing the South Asian people closer, at Karachi Press Club (KPC) today (Tuesday).
In the evening a welcome reception would be held in which both MPC and KPC would sign an MoU. Several politicians, including the chief minister of Sindh, would hold receptions. The team would visit the offices and facilities of various media houses. The team would also be visiting the office of the Pakistan Fisherfolk Forum, Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry. The journalists will also tour Karachi University, the National Museum and the Mohatta Palace. pr
