Government destroying institutions: Nawaz
Bahawalpur: PML-N president Nawaz Sharif said Wednesday that if Bahawalpur was to become a province then the chief minister would be from his party, Geo News reported.Speaking to the media, Sharif said the PML-N tried to be patient in its support for the government. Despite this the government did not mend its ways and that it why the PML-N left the coalition government.
Sharif added that due to the governments’ corruption all institutions had been destroyed.
“If the government had solved the people’s problems then there would be more faith in democracy” Sharif said.
Commenting on former Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi's decision to resign from the PPP and National Assembly, Sharif said that they were in contact with him and would keep the option for dialogue open.
