ANP has no threat from PTI, says Hoti
ABBOTTABAD: Awami National Party (ANP) have no threat from Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf’s tall claims (PTI) of sweeping the next general elections, said Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Amir Haider Khan Hoti here on Sunday after saying Fateha over the sad demise of Corps Commander Khalid Rabbani’s father who died after ailment the other day. Talking to media persons the chief minister said that the disputed issue pertaining to installation of Mansehra toll Plaza would be resolved after holding dialogues with the Member Provincial Assemblies (MPAs) of Hazara Division. Hoti said ANP had shown its prominent output in the province according to its manifesto. Replying to a question he said that PML (N) has not clearly issued any notification to resign from the national and provincial assemblies so far, adding that Mian Nawaz Sharif was a democratic minded leader and we expect that he will not put the present democratic setup of the country on stake and incumbent coalition alliance would complete its tenure entrusted to it by the people. The chief minister said that Hydropower project work is continuing in the province with a cost of Rs 300 billion. He said that extremism and terrorism incidents were challenging the law and order situation in the province but the provincial government is striving hard to defend the people from any disaster disaster. staff report
