PM should announce election date immediately: Mushaidullah
LAHORE: PML-N leader Mushaidullah Khan has called upon Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf to contact opposition leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Kahn and announce the election date and the caretaker government immediately.
Speaking to the media, Khan said the governments of Balochistan and Sindh had lost authority. He added that PML-N president Nawaz Sharif had not taken any money from the ISI and the statement of a sentenced individual carried no weight.
He also called upon the president to avoid politicking from the presidency, claiming that under President Zardari free and fair elections could not be held.
