PTI backs nationalists' strike in SindhISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Imran Khan has voiced support to the call of strike for tomorrow (Friday) by the nationalist parties in Sindh against the dual Local Government System in Sindh.
In a statement issued here at PTI Media Cell, Imran Khan termed the dual local government system in Sindh as the first step towards the division of the province and vowed to keep lending his support to every move against this system.
"PTI would continue to stand with Sindhi nationalist parties and the head of Muslim League-F, Pir Pagara for the protection of the Sindhi people," he said.
Khan said any move intended to create a rift among Sindhi people will be opposed. "The protest campaign will be carried on along with the Sindhi nationalists till the time the black law is revoked," he pledged.
