1,869 patients inflicted with dengue in SindhKARACHI: Number of dengue patients has reached to 1,869, in Sindh till Wednesday while 10 people have lost their lives in its wake. According to figures released on Wednesday by Provincial Dengue Cell, the provincial capital has the most number of patients as 1,634 people had been diagnosed suffering from the fever in Karachi while 235 more people hailing from various districts of the province tested positive. Hyderabad is the second most affected city with 210 dengue patients, six people found infested in Thatta while Dadu, Shikarpur and Sanghar Districts had three dengue patients each. Provincial Dengue Cell further said that four people were found infected by dengue in Jamshoro and Sukkur, two in each district. Kambar Shahdadkot, Kashmore, Shaheed Benazirabad, Tharparkar and Umerkot districts had one patient each. app
