Balochistan LB polls: Nomination papers' scrutiny continues for second day
QUETTA: The scrutiny of nomination papers for local bodies elections in the province of Balochistan continued for the second day, Geo News reported Monday.
Provincial Election Commission officials said that the approved list of the nominated candidates would be released by this evening today after completion of the scrutiny process.
Later on appeals could be filed against the upheld objections on nomination papers during November 12-16 and decisions would be taken on the appeals during November 17-18.
The nomination papers could be withdrawn on November 19 and the final list of the candidates with their election symbols would be released later on the same day.
