Gen Raheel holds talks with top US defence leaders
WASHINGTON: The Pentagon on Tuesday hosted Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif for talks with top American defence leaders on US-Pak military-to-military relations.
General Sharif, whose delegation was greeted with a full honour guard at the US defence headquarters, discussed security matters with Deputy Secretary of Defense Robert O Works and Chairman Joint Chiefs Staff Gen Martin Dempsey.
The Pakistani military leader also met with Chief of the Staff of the Army General Raymond T Odierno and Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen Joseph F Dunford.
