Tahirul Qadri's PAT won’t take part in PTI’s Nov 30 rally
LAHORE: Dr. Allama Tahirul Qadri’s Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) has decided not to participate in the protest rally of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) scheduled for November 30 (Sunday) in Islamabad.
The decision was taken at a meeting of PAT and its allied parties held here today.
According to sources, the leadership of PAT said that neither the PTI informed about the schedule of its rally nor did it send a formal invitation for participation.
They were quoted as saying that PTI and PAT are two different parties.
