PPP will not move to court over Panama leaks: Aitzaz

ISLAMABAD: Leader of the Opposition in the Senate – Aitzaz Ahsan – said that Pakistan People Party (PPP) will not move the court over Panama leaks issue and maintained that Terms of Reference (ToRs) will be disputed if the judges will form them.He told the media that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was asked not to move Supreme Court over Panama leaks. He questioned that if the commission will be formed then under which rules and regulations it will probe.
Aitzaz Ahsan said that the government has extended the circle of ToRs adding that it has included those who took kick-backs and got their loans written off. He said that if the government’s institutions are neat and clean then it should approve opposition’s bill.
